red VY leads go great...
standard LS1 coil packs go great too...

plenty of LS1's on the mainland making 1000hp at the wheels and more with stock coils and leads
dead money changing them

i have a camber and toe kit in mine... all 4 bushes done rather than just the two...

that made rear tyre wear quite a bit more even...
but the one thing i did that completely cured uneven tyre wear?



raise the suspension...

stock ride height plus the camber/toe kit means perfectly even rear tyre wear...
i got 62 passes out of a set of MT Drag Radials and the wear across the 255/50R16 tyre was even from inside to outside... not bad really

our track is good being in the middle of nowhere...

it'll be 50 or 60 years before suburbia grows so much that the noise from the track becomes a problem?

anyway... this 4 lane drag strip would be a great venue to go check out!!!!! !!!!

i'll take front and rear calipers, caliper slides and hoses (don't want pads or rotors) for $100?
can arrange freight or will be happy to pay extra for freight to Riverside 7250?
could pick up depending where they're at?

i did 975km this weekend and only used 132 litres of fuel...

launceston - kingston - brighton (fill it up) - oatlands - richmond - sorell - orford - swansea - campbell town - brighton (fill it up) - kingston - launceston - summerhill - riverside (still more than 1/4 of a tank of juice)

averaged 13.2L/100kms across the weekend with some crappy city driving, some brisk twisty driving with the big stall...
went well, used bugger all fuel, runs 11.8's with just a tyre change... can't complain about that
