Can you use 2 subs in back instead of 2 6x9 speakers for the noise. You know what i mean. :rolleyes:

They will only be good for lower frequencies. What amp do u have?

you can by not running a low pass filter on the amp (afaik)

but will sound s**t-house

if you want that just get some pioneer 8 inch speakers at least they are full range

if you dont want to run smaller speakers in the rear, just run splits up front to give you a great sound, then run the subs in the boot. That's about the only way to do it without having rears, as splits give out such a good note you wont want/hear the rears anyway if everythings Amped up correctly and it's not s**thouse gear :)

So can i run the subs of the amplifier in the boot. And run the speakers off the speaker wires on the deck. So the RCA leads off the deck go to the amp.

yes the rcas go from deck to amp, you can just run subs off amp and then speakers off deck but the speakers would sound beta running from amp aswell

finny used to run 2x 8 inch subs in his VS, they sounded pretty nice, you just gotta make sure there is enough room really.

I have a 12" sub in my boot running off my amp and the 6x9s and 6"s in the parcel shelf running off the deck, it sounds really nice but the box i made is f**kING loud.

running your speakers of your amp is the way to go ive got my twin 12s running of 1000 watt amp if i didnt run the speakers of my 500 watt amp u wouldnt here them over the bass and plus u get much betta sound
