I guy I know through a close friend that has had his car stolen, it was taken over the weekend (I think Saturday night/Sunday Morning). The car is bright Yellow VK sedan, has a black sticker across the front window, Filter through the bonnet, 18/19" alloy wheels. Ultra neat paint job on it. 308 V8 with a decent note, it would be heard before seen.

Sorry I don't have any pics, but I'm on that task.

The car has been spotted recently in the Derwent park area doing Skids, so it's still in one piece and not burnt out... if any one sees it please contact the police or buzz me on 0407 439 848 and I'll pass on the details.

Any help would be appreciated :D

I spotted a yellow vk with filter through the bonnet with stodgies on it ,sunday bout 12, at stricland ave, south hobart (near the tip turn off) heading towards the city. Three dodgey young guys on board wearing beanies.

Also spotted what i thought was the same car this morning, this had mags though. Bout 7.45 heading along clarence street (near the caltex)towards shoreline shopping centre, one young guy driving wearing a dark beanie.

Is this the car that was for sale on here a while back?

Just had a talk to the owner Dean after a call notifying it had being seen, the car spotted on Clarence street may not be the same car, they have already waved that car down as it looks VERY similar to Dean's.

Dean brought his from the mainland, so it's not the one that was for sale on this forum recently... but it looks very similar, I'd probably say the stolen one (Dean's) did have a brand new paint job on it, I saw it at a wedding earlier this year and it was pristine!

If any one had seen a Yellow VK getting work done at Pro Ace, this is the car.

Still trying to source a photo.

Appreciate the calls/messages people!

None of late, last spotted was on Thursday, no sign of a burnt shell yet that I've herd off... fingers crossed it's still in one piece, but if it's being driven around it makes you wonder what the police are doing <_<
