Can you car boys and girls help me out. Someone is selling me this and I am not sure what its worth. Its in good nick and looks new.

Specs...

Response 6x9 5ways have a carbon cone in them and they are 45 watt rms

JVC MP3 head unit has a output of 4x50watt

Kenwood Sencor 4 channel 1500 watt amp

Dual voice coil Kenwood sub ( peak power 1500w ) ( rated power 380w )
