You should be able to find somewhere to hide the cross over, whether it is inside the door (behind the door trim) or up under the dash somewhere.
The tweeter you can mount under the top of the dash, there is a tweeter mounted up there from the factory anyway.

Any chance of utilising the factory tweeter with the aftermarket crossover? That way he doesnt have to go pulling the dash apart.
Suppose you could but the tweeters aren't that hard to access, and you would have to get to them to wire them in anyway, so why you'd bother is beyond me.

What sort of speakers are you talking about?
ie: what brand model etc?
I know that I watched a guy at work fitting a new set of Alpine Splits in his 4wd and he only used double sided tape for the crossovers in the inside of the doors. I asked him if that would work and he replied that thats how he had fitted them in the past and hadnt had a problem yet.
