I researched all types of lockers for my VH after spitting out the last set-up. The true track is best for street or circuit work, as it doesn't lock completely. There is a small amount of "give" in it, as in it softly comes in and spreads the power to both driven wheels, but will not completely lock the diff. This is different from a traditional detroit locker that completely locks as soon as the power comes in. I chose the detroit locker as it is best for drag work, with occasional circuit or street driving. I figured the GTHOs had them, and were OK on the street, so that was fine for me.
