hmm my paper took about 2-3 weeks and then the plates took about 4 weeks...all up it was about 6 weeks...
I think he's referring to the letter to say that the plates have arrived at service Tas ready for collection.
I got a letter a week after applying saying application was sucessful and to wait for the second letter... is that the one your referring too?
But yeah, I think 6 weeks is the norm, if you take into consideration the week before the application sucessful letter, mine would be about 6 weeks.

I ordered mine a week before christmas. 5 weeks later I got a letter saying that my application was successful, then another week later I got a letter saying that I could pick them up.
It actually says on the application form to wait 6 weeks for prosessing, etc. So wait another 3 weeks col and they'll be there for ya mate
