Can I get one of you Motors employees to get me a price on an input shaft (apparently has a gear pressed onto the end of it) for a BW T5 box if you are able to get them any more please



Mines warn through the case hardening on the teeth, seeing as we're about to throw a few hours of re-engineering at the box it might be an idea to replace anything that is showing fatigue after the last rebuild (which is the input shaft )

The very top piece in this pic is the one I need, shaft with the gear on top... shoot me a PM with a price if you can't post up

If any one is interested... input shafts for a T5 are like hens teeth Pricess are reflective of that too

We're looking at other avenues with the exsisting one atm

When I get too see it I'll let you know.. it's currently residing on the work bench in the old mans workshop at Coles Bay

He's thinking we can stone the tooth surfaces and then have it heat treated to give it a glimmer of hope to stay in one piece
