Hi guys, just putting the feelers out to see if there is anybody about that would be willing to give me a hand to put an L98 into my VS?
I have all of the conversion gear, loom etc, but really need somebody with experience to help bolt up the stally/box/motor and put it in the car.
Bits and pieces might need adjusting (read: bent/cut/welded).
Other thing is where the car is at, isn't really optimal for doing the job, don't really have the facilities for getting the car up high enough for fiddling with mounts, gearbox etc.. so it could be transported wherever.

Somebody that knows the lsx engines well would be preferred. It's not really a backyarder/throw a 308 into a VK kinda job.

Obviously won't be for free, so cash, booze or whatever will be on offer :)

Reply or shoot me a PM if you can help!

Cheers, Tim.

Sumps aren't a problem anymore wit the mounts being made. Just get a <VZ sumped engine, or swap it.

The loom I just ordered from lsx works, all ready to fit, with the ECU and TCM, was 3400.
