im debating weather to go holden 304 or ls1 both gt there pros n cons easier to make power out of an ls1 wat do u guys think still goin turbo n stroked

Thats as simple as holden or ford really? CHEV ls1 standard with a tune will beet "MOST" built 304s..do some reading about the traps 6 bolt mains, cathedral port heads, etc etc..but each to there own i guess.

thats tru ive done a bit of looki around i wanna run the 6 speed to it seems to make more sence money n power wise

Never make a Ls1 sound like a 304 :P, but if its outright power your going for then Ls1 would be the go, Not an overly complex conversion either.

lol yer i think its the way to go ive done heaps of research today defanently goin ls1 i wanna get the body finished first then im on the prow for a chev
