putting series 2 vr motor and 5 speed into vn series 1 auto car wiring help

the only prob im having is the black plug near the battery is differant does any one know what is for ?? vn has 6 wirers going into plug vr only has 5??

are you still using the vn harness or have you changed to a vr one?
they all run the same sensors etc so i dont have a clue about the 6th wire but maybe it might of been for the auto trans. are all the other wires corisponding colors?

well the vr was auto but then i bolted the manual box to it, and now im putting the vr motor and manual box into a series 1 auto vn, so im useing the vr loom as the vn series 1s have alot of differant sensors, colours on the plug are differant between vr and vn, im just wanting to know what the plug is really so i can hard wire it around
