Hey guys,

after much thinking over the last month I have decided to see if anyone would be interested in giving the big girl a new home. My new job has offered a new car and I already have another project lined up that I am very keen to start on. I doubt the vt will get used much so rather than letting it slide and go to waste, I'd rather find a new home and someone can enjoy all the $ that has been spent on it.

Car Make & Model: series 1 vt wagon (one of the first)
Car year: Nov 1997

Vehicle modifications or key features:

Twin Airbags, ABS, Electric windows and mirrors, hayman reese H/D towbar, have a cargo barrier that I can sell with it too. This was a factory order hence all the extras not normally seen on an exec.

Problems or issues car has: The only problems that car has is a little slack in the diff, needs reshimming but I was going to put an LSD in it over Summer, and the aircon needs a re-gas.

Price asking: U dont find manual 3rd generation wagons everywhere so I'll put $10k on it. Might sound steep but given the condition I think thats fair. Much better car than a stock vy which you will pay $9-$10k, make an offer though.

Cheers,

Mitch

P.S. I wont sell this if no one makes a decent offer so please dont go offering $6k as I will ignore you as this is a well maintained and looked after wagon. This will go on the market soon but I was letting the commodore community have first offer.

Car is now for sale, asking $9000 which i think is very fair considering all the hard stuff already done and being a manual too, i'd be keen to state that u wont find a cleaner vt wagon.

No swaps, no special deals and open to reasonable offers once you inspect the vehicle. Dont bother texting me lowball crap when u havent driven the car to know how well it drives and handles. Not being rude but I just want a simple sale.

BUMP,

Rego is due at the end of the month and the fuel cap broke the other day :(

Will take $8,000 if someone wants to do a quick sale this month.
