if theres no codes maybe a fuel pressure problem, pump, relay,??

has it got spark when its faulting? could be in the ignition system also.

What Dan said, sounds like fuel pressure. When the fault is evident try
switching off and on the ignition a few times to prime the fuel system.
If this allow it to start straight away then either the fuel pump or pressure regulator are leaking off pressure

Cold starts and if left for more than 20 minutes or so, I hear the fuel pump Buzz for about 5 seconds. sparks while cranking over mmm seems like a fuel issue might do the filter see what happens from there.

as stated above, try priming the fuel pump a couple of times before cranking it.....

If the fuel pressure has dropped away then the short prime that happens when you switch on the ignition won't be enough to pick the pressure back up to a sufficient level.
Switch on the ignition and leave it till you hear the fuel pump stop, switch it off then back on again and repeat about 5 times. If it now starts ok then you know that you have lost fuel pressure and just need to trace which side you are losing it from.
