hey guys and girls

Thinking of salary packaging a new sv6 ute in the next couple months, just wondering a couple things

does the stock CD player/mp3 decoder upgrade have RCA outs for subwoofers?

if not, do any companies make replacement units/facsias that incorporate ones that do (pref also still operating the steering wheel controls)

are there any things that may break/fail on me that have been common with the newer VE's?

are the hardtops detachable? (brother in law has a VY which its actually attached, but a mate has an unknown model that can clip off...

cheers :)

stock cd player does not have any RCA outputs, and I'm not aware of any products out there to allow this to happen, ( not saying definatively that there isn't something out there though ).

Hard tops are detachable, just have to undo the gas struts from the clips and the cover slides out of the hinge assembly

thanks :)

after a couple other people telling me about what they've done, and read a couple other forums apparently hobart car audio can put RCA convertors or something in the back of the stock CD player and then can run upgraded speakers :)
