Hey guys just curious if anyone has had any experiances with the the Harrop carby manifolds for the 304 heads??
More so the low rise 1 as it's what i'll be using

Any 1 have any problems?
I've done my reasearch on the net but thought i'd see if any1 here has any experiance with the manifold

If it matters the carby will be 750 holley

I had a dual plane Harrop manifold on mine when it was NA. Just had that and 2 throttle bodies and it went pretty well. No Complaints.

Also i spoke to murph about your rolla rockers so i'll doubke check with you
What brand do you have?
Also did you have issuse's with the clearence on the rocker cover? been told a few things from diff people about it

ah k...

Well they were def crane rockers, and no mods to rocker covers, remember putting them in with G whilst the car was holidaying at my place :)

Ok thats good then coz it's been doing my head in chasing higher rocker covers that look good lol

I'll ring my mechanic and tell him to order them

Yeah, definetly Crane Rollar Rockers, there are a few to choose from, I don't have the specs on the ones I ended up getting but from memory they were 1.65:1 ratio and designed to bolt straight into the Holden Heads.

Are you using 304 heads or 308 heads... could be some variances between the 2 short of the obvious layout.

Got a late vs 304/auto combo so it's got the 304 heads ;)

Yeah i'll let the mechanic choose the ratio but now that they fit without needed the higher rocker cover then it's great coz i don't need to spend more time looking for things i can't find lol

1.65 is the ratio for holden v8's
