It gets done plenty? but anyone know the specifics or put me onto someone whos done this?
I'm hoping to do this conversion, but just wanted to know whats involved when wiring in the new loom to the rest of the car etc..

RB25 Wiring into Vl?

I've done an RB20 and it was fairly straight forward. Pretty sure they have the same ecu connections. A mate did one a month or so back so I will ask him. Theres an RB20 conversion guide on the R31 Skyline club forum which gives you all the info you will pretty much need. From memory theres about 3 or 4 wires to hook up + the VL guage sensors, alternator, etc

Guess ya talkin about Ken, he wired up my VL recently with the 25.
He has wired up quite a few r31 skylines and wired up my old 20.
Everything working as it suppose to, no problems at all.
Just need the 25 wiring loom and a handful of wires out of the vl loom.

Heres everything you need to know. The fuel pump trigger in a VL is the same as an R33 so wire it straight to the relay
